SEMA 2020

As August started and COVID19 numbers were rising again, I think we all realized that life will not be go back to normal any time soon. With the rising cases around the country and especially places like California and Arizona already postponed car shows have been cancelled and or postponed until next year. E.G. the Euro2020 at the Petersen Museum in Los Angeles, CA or the FuelFest in Phoenix, AZ. 

While the announcement did not come completely unexpected, it did come as shock for most of us Car Enthusiast, Vendors and Manufactures of Aftermarket parts alike. As this cancellation is unprecedented in the 50 year history of the event. Neither the great depression nor the horrible events of 9/11 resulted in cancellation. Given the uncertainties if the venue would be available and out of state/country visitors/exhibitors being able to even attend, it is probably the best call they could have made. 

APR stage 2 and Downpipes no longer available

As those news weren't bad enough, APR announced last week that the company will no longer produce Downpipes 

In the mist of all the craziness and lock down in Arizona and around the world, a fresh stock of Vektor Data Displays for the Golf MK 7 arrived straight out of Germany in the our facility and were eager to test it. We usually do not get a lot of opportunities to work on our customers cars being an online shop, but luckily Brandyn came all the way from Tucson to have us install his new unit into his Pandem Wide Body Golf 7. Given it was a hot day at the shop, but seeing the result was worth it!
